- November 2008: Dr. Monica Tadros elected
to serve as Member at Large, and on the Board of Directors
of the New York Head & Neck Institute (NYHNI).
- September 2008 - Diplomate of
the Year Award: Dr. Monica Tadros is applauded
by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive
Surgery for her outstanding achievement in the field
of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. For
this, she receives the honor of the 900th diplomate during
the Awards ceremony at this year’s Annual Meeting
of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive
Surgery in
Chicago, Illinois.

Memorial Teaching Award: The graduate staff
of New York Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia & Weill
Cornell campuses, honor Dr. Monica Tadros for her devotion to resident education
and excellence in teaching and service.
- September 2007 - Holt Leadership
Award – We are pleased to announce that
the Board leadership of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck
Surgery has awarded Monica Tadros, M.D. with this year’s
prestigious Holt Leadership Award. The award, given
to her for boundless dedication and commitment to serving
in a leadership role to advance membership issues, will
be presented at the Opening Ceremony of this year’s
Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck
Surgery in Washington, D.C.

February 2006 - Residency Review
Committee, Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery: National
Award for Outstanding Service.
The RRC, under the auspices of the Accreditation Council
of Graduate Medical Education, presents this award to Dr.

September 2004-Dr. Monica Tadros, former Chair of the Section for Residents & Fellows, is appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head &Neck Surgery Foundation, to represent the voice of over 1,000 members in this section.

January 2003- The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy awards Dr. Monica Tadros a Research Grant in the amount of $10,000 to support her pioneer work on “The Anatomical Distribution of Nasal Steroid Spray versus Intra-nasal Nebulized Steroids in the treatment of Sinonasal Disorders”
